In you wish to annul the reservation we ask you to please contact our service at royal-apartments.pl
§7
You are obliged to contact Royal Apartments regarding any changes of your reservation either by telephone or e-mail. We will try our best to help you.
§8
At any moment the client can change the name of the person in the reservation free of charge. The client is then cleared of all the terms and conditions mentioned here and they are transfered over to the second party. This ofcourse is only valid if both parties agree. In such a situation you are asked to immediately contact Royal Apartments regarding the matter and be able to present name and contact information of the person accepting all the responsibilities mentioned in the contract.
§9
It is strictly forbidden to smoke or light candles in the apartments. Also no animals/pets are allowed without the prior consent of Royal Apartments.
§10
Royal Apartments reserves itself the right to not hand over the key to a person that is under the influence of alcohol, substances, or that presents an aggressive behaviour that endangers himself or others.
§11
In the event of any unforseen circumstances which can not be immediately solved by conventional financial means, the owner reserves himself the right to offer the client another property of standards equal to that of the apartment reserved. The owner reserves himself the right to annul the reservation due to factors that he himself is not able to control. This also concerns situations in which the safety of the client and his money can not be guaranteed. The booking fee will be immediately handed back, with the exception of due sums for the service already rendered.
