The main tasks of the person in this position will include:

  • Maintaining cleanliness and high standards of service (high quality performance tasks)
  • Cleaning of public areas (office, villa’s staircase, back-up)
  • Informing the supervisor of the deficiency, defects in the apartments.

Direct Customer Service

The main tasks of the person in this position will include:

  • Implementing current affairs related to the apartments
  • Support for guests during their stay
  • Administrative activities
  • Record keeping
  • Preparing reports


  • Experience in the hotel industry,
  • Intermediate knowledge of English in speech,
  • Commitment,
  • Perceptiveness,
  • Hard-working, conscientiousness,
  • Communication skills,
  • Openness
  • Computer skills; knowledge of MS Office,
  • Driving license “B”

The main tasks of the person in this position will include:

  • Taking telephone bookings,
  • Supporting the electronic reservation system,
  • Accommodating of guests
  • Preparing reports,
  • Informing guests about current events and tourist attractions.


  • Education: masters,
  • Faculty - management / tourism, specialization - hotel,
  • Minimum 4 years experience in the hotel industry
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written (preferably documented)
  • Knowledge of the topography, tourist attractions and festivals, ability to work in team,
  • Communication skills, self-control, good durability and resistance to fatigue perception.

We welcome:

  • Hotel management specialization
  • Experience in:
    - Working in a foreign hotel at least 3 months,
    - Receptionist in a hotel,
    - Working in a hotel / guesthouse in Sopot.
  • Operation manager reception,
  • Knowledge of additional languages ​​(German, Spanish, Swedish, Norwegian, French),
  • Dynamism.
